We are currently looking at a part-time hire; the job, in its current state, is to be manageable at about 25-30 hours per week.  The job hours are somewhat flexible, with a preference for the morning; our previous facilities manager would start at 5:30 or 6 am.  The facilities manager does need to be able coordinate with contractors on projects.
