The Parish Finance Council is a consultative body of lay parishioners established to advise the Pastor in the prudent planning and administration of parish financial resources. Mandated by the Code of Canon Law (Can. 537), which states that "the Christian faithful... are to assist the pastor in the administration of the goods of the parish," the Council reviews the parish budget, oversees financial reporting, and ensures transparency. By offering their professional expertise and guidance, Council members help safeguard the temporal goods of the Church so that our community can effectively sustain its ministries and mission.
